Before our home was placed on the market, Erin, took pictures of our home as well as a virtual 360 tour. The virtual tour was so awesome, we asked for the file so we could keep it as a memory of what was our home for over 43 years! What made me almost instantly comfortable working with Dave is how, above all, he made it immediately apparent that he wanted me in a place where I could see myself and reasonably expect to be happy. There was never a hard sell or pressure of any kind.
On top of all that, Dave is simultaneously honest and optimistic. The second time we went to look at properties was a Thursday that ended up being as fruitless as our first trip. Rather than let me be enchanted by shiny objects, Dave was quick to point out concerns he had and steer me clear of what I quickly realized would have been poor decisions had I pursued lesser properties.

In a nutshell, Dave's communicative, buyer-focused, honest, optimistic, and available to his clients.
