He began the process with a thorough and detailed explanation of what all would happen throughout the home buying experience. He provided us documents of the steps to take and a faux contract to understand what that would look like and explained each step thoroughly.

What made me almost instantly comfortable working with Dave is how, above all, he made it immediately apparent that he wanted me in a place where I could see myself and reasonably expect to be happy. There was never a hard sell or pressure of any kind.
On top of all that, Dave is simultaneously honest and optimistic. The second time we went to look at properties was a Thursday that ended up being as fruitless as our first trip. I don't know that I could have asked for anything more when buying the house in which I am currently living. If you have a chance to work with him, do so without hesitation. Should I ever find myself looking to move again, Dave will be my first call.
