Working with Dave was phenomenal experience, especially as a first-time buyer. When I had questions, and there were many, Dave had quick, detailed answers. Sugar-coating things is not his way, and I appreciate that.
What made me almost instantly comfortable working with Dave is how, above all, he made it immediately apparent that he wanted me in a place where I could see myself and reasonably expect to be happy. There was never a hard sell or pressure of any kind.
On top of all that, Dave is simultaneously honest and optimistic. The second time we went to look at properties was a Thursday that ended up being as fruitless as our first trip. I am writing this letter to Have it known that Genelle Chisholm is the most respectful caring knowledgeable Realtor I have come across. Genelle has been there for me when I had so many question, it didn't matter what day or time I would call with questions she was consistently answering my calls
and keeping me up to date with all aspects of selling my Mothers home in Burbank IL. She has worked extreamly well with the people with in the Sellers Market and the Buyers Market.
Genelle Chisholm has handled many different real estate duties including preparing listings and writing specs, preparing homes for visits, coordinating visits, negotiating rates, and other tasks. When I had contacted Genelle, with in a few Days she already had a Open House scheduled and had an offer on my Mothers House. She had the ability to make a house look almost perfect, and her detailed listings were critical to her success as well.
