What made me almost instantly comfortable working with Dave is how, above all, he made it immediately apparent that he wanted me in a place where I could see myself and reasonably expect to be happy. There was never a hard sell or pressure of any kind.
On top of all that, Dave is simultaneously honest and optimistic. The second time we went to look at properties was a Thursday that ended up being as fruitless as our first trip. Working with Dave during the process of purchasing our very first home was certainly a pleasure. He was professional all the way, took his time to understand exactly what we were looking for in terms of budgetary limitations, style of property, neighborhood, etc and made excellent recommendations per our requirements, and responded same day to emails.
