On top of all that, Dave is simultaneously honest and optimistic. The second time we went to look at properties was a Thursday that ended up being as fruitless as our first trip. upgrade before listing and what just needed a little sprucing up. His
advice helped us to prep the home so he could work his magic marketing the
property! The hard work we put in to stage the home really showed in all of
the advertising of the property. The pictures of our home highlighted the
best features and peaked prospective buyers interest to see the property in
person. We had our first showing within 24 hours of listing the property!
At a time when emotions can run high and families having differing desires,

eased our nerves about the biggest purchase of our lives. His knowledge
about the different towns and neighborhoods help to guide our decision.
