What made me almost instantly comfortable working with Dave is how, above all, he made it immediately apparent that he wanted me in a place where I could see myself and reasonably expect to be happy. There was never a hard sell or pressure of any kind.
On top of all that, Dave is simultaneously honest and optimistic. The second time we went to look at properties was a Thursday that ended up being as fruitless as our first trip. patient to understand everyone's needs. He answered numerous questions and
eased our nerves about the biggest purchase of our lives. His knowledge
about the different towns and neighborhoods help to guide our decision.
