What made me almost instantly comfortable working with Dave is how, above all, he made it immediately apparent that he wanted me in a place where I could see myself and reasonably expect to be happy. There was never a hard sell or pressure of any kind.
On top of all that, Dave is simultaneously honest and optimistic. The second time we went to look at properties was a Thursday that ended up being as fruitless as our first trip. He was very patient with us and answered any questions no matter how silly they were, never did he show us a home that he knew we wouldn’t be interested in he knew what we liked after showing us just one Home! We would text him at 9:30 pm or 6:30 am and he would respond ASAP! We had a great experience with him he found us our dream home! The area I want to call attention to most was his friendly and punctual assistance. We viewed, offered, and closed on our home in under 60 days.
