Once the time came to start our house search, Dave was our first and only call. From the first meeting to closing, the experience left us with all of our needs not only met, but surpassed. We never once felt uncertain asking Dave any questions, no matter how silly they may have seemed. Working with Dave was phenomenal experience, especially as a first-time buyer. When I had questions, and there were many, Dave had quick, detailed answers. Sugar-coating things is not his way, and I appreciate that.
What made me almost instantly comfortable working with Dave is how, above all, he made it immediately apparent that he wanted me in a place where I could see myself and reasonably expect to be happy. There was never a hard sell or pressure of any kind.
On top of all that, Dave is simultaneously honest and optimistic. The second time we went to look at properties was a Thursday that ended up being as fruitless as our first trip.
