On top of all that, Dave is simultaneously honest and optimistic. The second time we went to look at properties was a Thursday that ended up being as fruitless as our first trip. In a nutshell, Dave's communicative, buyer-focused, honest, optimistic, and available to his clients. The virtual tour was so awesome, we asked for the file so we could keep it as a memory of what was our home for over 43 years!
