He began the process with a thorough and detailed explanation of what all would happen throughout the home buying experience. He provided us documents of the steps to take and a faux contract to understand what that would look like and explained each step thoroughly.

The area I want to call attention to most was his friendly and punctual assistance. Our house sold in 10 days! We had worked with Dave Faxel while we were
contemplating listing the property. He gave great advice on how to prep the
home for sale. Dave gave us some pointers on what was worth investing in an
