He was professional all the way, took his time to understand exactly what we were looking for in terms of budgetary limitations, style of property, neighborhood, etc and made excellent recommendations per our requirements, and responded same day to emails. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and resourceful.
We were never left wondering what we needed to do at any point during the whole process, i.e. from our initial introduction and meeting to the closing, because Dave being a very knowledgeable, considerate and attentive agent, noted all of our concerns and offered excellent suggestions every time. When we needed recommendations of the very best licensed experts for the various inspections, tests and legal services phase of the process, Dave had no shortage talents to recommend.
Looking back, we would not have asked for a better real estate agent to work with.
