What made me almost instantly comfortable working with Dave is how, above all, he made it immediately apparent that he wanted me in a place where I could see myself and reasonably expect to be happy. There was never a hard sell or pressure of any kind.

The photos taken of our home were excellent and highlighted the major features of our home. The first weekend open house generated over 20 showings. We were offered a contract within two weeks at full asking price. The closing of our home occurred approximately 45 after we signed the listing agreement.
