Before our home was placed on the market, Erin, took pictures of our home as well as a virtual 360 tour. The virtual tour was so awesome, we asked for the file so we could keep it as a memory of what was our home for over 43 years! Working with Dave was phenomenal experience, especially as a first-time buyer. When I had questions, and there were many, Dave had quick, detailed answers. Sugar-coating things is not his way, and I appreciate that.
What made me almost instantly comfortable working with Dave is how, above all, he made it immediately apparent that he wanted me in a place where I could see myself and reasonably expect to be happy. There was never a hard sell or pressure of any kind.
On top of all that, Dave is simultaneously honest and optimistic. The second time we went to look at properties was a Thursday that ended up being as fruitless as our first trip.
