What made me almost instantly comfortable working with Dave is how, above all, he made it immediately apparent that he wanted me in a place where I could see myself and reasonably expect to be happy. There was never a hard sell or pressure of any kind.
On top of all that, Dave is simultaneously honest and optimistic. The second time we went to look at properties was a Thursday that ended up being as fruitless as our first trip. Even though I felt a little deflated after that second trip, the next day a bunch of other properties suddenly popped up. I was ready to go to a few open houses that Saturday, but Dave both worked his magic to line up a half dozen showings and then rearranged his schedule so he could be there, too.
In a nutshell, Dave's communicative, buyer-focused, honest, optimistic, and available to his clients. I don't know that I could have asked for anything more when buying the house in which I am currently living. If you have a chance to work with him, do so without hesitation. Should I ever find myself looking to move again, Dave will be my first call.
