On top of all that, Dave is simultaneously honest and optimistic. The second time we went to look at properties was a Thursday that ended up being as fruitless as our first trip. He began the process with a thorough and detailed explanation of what all would happen throughout the home buying experience. He provided us documents of the steps to take and a faux contract to understand what that would look like and explained each step thoroughly.

The area I want to call attention to most was his friendly and punctual assistance. We viewed, offered, and closed on our home in under 60 days.
