On top of all that, Dave is simultaneously honest and optimistic. The second time we went to look at properties was a Thursday that ended up being as fruitless as our first trip. The photos taken of our home were excellent and highlighted the major features of our home. The first weekend open house generated over 20 showings. We were offered a contract within two weeks at full asking price. The closing of our home occurred approximately 45 after we signed the listing agreement. He began the process with a thorough and detailed explanation of what all would happen throughout the home buying experience. He provided us documents of the steps to take and a faux contract to understand what that would look like and explained each step thoroughly.
