What made me almost instantly comfortable working with Dave is how, above all, he made it immediately apparent that he wanted me in a place where I could see myself and reasonably expect to be happy. There was never a hard sell or pressure of any kind.
On top of all that, Dave is simultaneously honest and optimistic. The second time we went to look at properties was a Thursday that ended up being as fruitless as our first trip. The area I want to call attention to most was his friendly and punctual assistance. My fiancé and I are very nervous homebuyers and we each time we were concerned or didn’t understand something in the closing process he would calm our nerves and offer friendly, professional guidance. We viewed, offered, and closed on our home in under 60 days.
We COULD NOT have accomplished purchasing our first home without Brian’s help. I could not recommend his services more, he is the bar at which all realtors should measure themselves.
