What made me almost instantly comfortable working with Dave is how, above all, he made it immediately apparent that he wanted me in a place where I could see myself and reasonably expect to be happy. There was never a hard sell or pressure of any kind.
On top of all that, Dave is simultaneously honest and optimistic. The second time we went to look at properties was a Thursday that ended up being as fruitless as our first trip. Dave Faxel was the best part of our buying process. This time can be stressful and it was nice to know that there was one aspect of the sale that I didn't have to constantly follow up on. Whatever Dave's responsibilities, he took care of them immediately, leaving my wife and me with peace of mind and one less thing to worry about.
