home for sale. Dave gave us some pointers on what was worth investing in an
upgrade before listing and what just needed a little sprucing up. His
advice helped us to prep the home so he could work his magic marketing the
property! The hard work we put in to stage the home really showed in all of
the advertising of the property. The pictures of our home highlighted the
best features and peaked prospective buyers interest to see the property in
person. We had our first showing within 24 hours of listing the property!
At a time when emotions can run high and families having differing desires,
Dave's professionalism shined through. He was able to communicate and be
patient to understand everyone's needs. He answered numerous questions and
eased our nerves about the biggest purchase of our lives. His knowledge
about the different towns and neighborhoods help to guide our decision.

felt that we were in the driver's seat. His navigation was critical in
finding our dream home and not settling for something less than what we set
out for on day 1. If we steered off path, he would remind us of our
