What made me almost instantly comfortable working with Dave is how, above all, he made it immediately apparent that he wanted me in a place where I could see myself and reasonably expect to be happy. There was never a hard sell or pressure of any kind.
On top of all that, Dave is simultaneously honest and optimistic. The second time we went to look at properties was a Thursday that ended up being as fruitless as our first trip. He got us the best price for our house and we were very happy choosing him to represent us. Not only did he sell our house, but we got 4 offers within 48 hours because of his professionalism and advice. We also had 15 showings scheduled the first 2 days, and about 14 more that were cancelled because we accepted an over well over asking price. He began the process with a thorough and detailed explanation of what all would happen throughout the home buying experience. He provided us documents of the steps to take and a faux contract to understand what that would look like and explained each step thoroughly.

The area I want to call attention to most was his friendly and punctual assistance.
