What made me almost instantly comfortable working with Dave is how, above all, he made it immediately apparent that he wanted me in a place where I could see myself and reasonably expect to be happy. There was never a hard sell or pressure of any kind.
On top of all that, Dave is simultaneously honest and optimistic. The second time we went to look at properties was a Thursday that ended up being as fruitless as our first trip. I was looking online best ways to sell my home cheap and read Dave's adds.
Not knowing what I was getting into I left my name phone and adress for a estimate on my home.
A few days later I got a brochure in the mail and it was all about My Home and after calling Dave accepting a home interview , I sold my property in 3 days and I'm very happy.

He began the process with a thorough and detailed explanation of what all would happen throughout the home buying experience. He provided us documents of the steps to take and a faux contract to understand what that would look like and explained each step thoroughly.
