Working with Dave was phenomenal experience, especially as a first-time buyer. When I had questions, and there were many, Dave had quick, detailed answers. Sugar-coating things is not his way, and I appreciate that.
What made me almost instantly comfortable working with Dave is how, above all, he made it immediately apparent that he wanted me in a place where I could see myself and reasonably expect to be happy. There was never a hard sell or pressure of any kind.
On top of all that, Dave is simultaneously honest and optimistic. The second time we went to look at properties was a Thursday that ended up being as fruitless as our first trip. advice helped us to prep the home so he could work his magic marketing the
property! The hard work we put in to stage the home really showed in all of
the advertising of the property. The pictures of our home highlighted the
best features and peaked prospective buyers interest to see the property in
person. We had our first showing within 24 hours of listing the property!
