On top of all that, Dave is simultaneously honest and optimistic. The second time we went to look at properties was a Thursday that ended up being as fruitless as our first trip. He was professional all the way, took his time to understand exactly what we were looking for in terms of budgetary limitations, style of property, neighborhood, etc and made excellent recommendations per our requirements, and responded same day to emails. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and resourceful.
We were never left wondering what we needed to do at any point during the whole process, i.e. from our initial introduction and meeting to the closing, because Dave being a very knowledgeable, considerate and attentive agent, noted all of our concerns and offered excellent suggestions every time.
