What made me almost instantly comfortable working with Dave is how, above all, he made it immediately apparent that he wanted me in a place where I could see myself and reasonably expect to be happy. There was never a hard sell or pressure of any kind.
On top of all that, Dave is simultaneously honest and optimistic. The second time we went to look at properties was a Thursday that ended up being as fruitless as our first trip. Brian was outstanding as a real estate agent. There is a lot to get in to here. He began the process with a thorough and detailed explanation of what all would happen throughout the home buying experience. He provided us documents of the steps to take and a faux contract to understand what that would look like and explained each step thoroughly.
He was incredibly quick to respond to us and scheduled showings immediately, he was incredibly flexible and accommodating.
The area I want to call attention to most was his friendly and punctual assistance.
