On top of all that, Dave is simultaneously honest and optimistic. The second time we went to look at properties was a Thursday that ended up being as fruitless as our first trip. In a nutshell, Dave's communicative, buyer-focused, honest, optimistic, and available to his clients. I don't know that I could have asked for anything more when buying the house in which I am currently living. If you have a chance to work with him, do so without hesitation.
