What made me almost instantly comfortable working with Dave is how, above all, he made it immediately apparent that he wanted me in a place where I could see myself and reasonably expect to be happy. There was never a hard sell or pressure of any kind.
On top of all that, Dave is simultaneously honest and optimistic. The second time we went to look at properties was a Thursday that ended up being as fruitless as our first trip. Rather than let me be enchanted by shiny objects, Dave was quick to point out concerns he had and steer me clear of what I quickly realized would have been poor decisions had I pursued lesser properties.

David was an outstanding realtor in representing us as the seller for our home. He was upfront and honest in what he believed we could get for our house, and worked hard in advising us in preparation of our home for showings, as well as generating the 3D walk-thru images for on-line inspections by potential buyers. Even as the challenge unfolded with the appraised value coming in slightly below the original offer price, David worked closely with the appraisal data to insure everything was resolved to our satisfaction, and fairly.
