We were offered a contract within two weeks at full asking price. The closing of our home occurred approximately 45 after we signed the listing agreement. He began the process with a thorough and detailed explanation of what all would happen throughout the home buying experience. He provided us documents of the steps to take and a faux contract to understand what that would look like and explained each step thoroughly.

The area I want to call attention to most was his friendly and punctual assistance.
