Our house sold in 10 days! We had worked with Dave Faxel while we were
contemplating listing the property. He gave great advice on how to prep the
home for sale. Dave gave us some pointers on what was worth investing in an
upgrade before listing and what just needed a little sprucing up. His

Dave was a pleasure to work with. He was very patient, answered all my questions, and made me feel at ease through the process. He got us the best price for our house and we were very happy choosing him to represent us. Not only did he sell our house, but we got 4 offers within 48 hours because of his professionalism and advice. We also had 15 showings scheduled the first 2 days, and about 14 more that were cancelled because we accepted an over well over asking price.
