On top of all that, Dave is simultaneously honest and optimistic. The second time we went to look at properties was a Thursday that ended up being as fruitless as our first trip. We were introduced to Dave and his team at a new home buyers informational session, hosted by the same group. We went with no real expectations, as our home search was still too far off to really worry about.
