At my request he came out to the property a few months before we were ready to list and ran through a list of improvements we were contemplating to give us an honest opinion of what would give us the best bang for our buck. He was spot on with the sale price, and like another property we sold, it was gone in one day, with multiple offers! Throughout the process, he was accessible and always had answers to my questions. He got us a great price for the house and it sold in under 3 days.I would refer Dave to anyone that is looking to sell their home.
