Before our home was placed on the market, Erin, took pictures of our home as well as a virtual 360 tour. The virtual tour was so awesome, we asked for the file so we could keep it as a memory of what was our home for over 43 years! He began the process with a thorough and detailed explanation of what all would happen throughout the home buying experience. He provided us documents of the steps to take and a faux contract to understand what that would look like and explained each step thoroughly.
He was incredibly quick to respond to us and scheduled showings immediately, he was incredibly flexible and accommodating.
The area I want to call attention to most was his friendly and punctual assistance.
