Once the time came to start our house search, Dave was our first and only call. From the first meeting to closing, the experience left us with all of our needs not only met, but surpassed. We never once felt uncertain asking Dave any questions, no matter how silly they may have seemed. When we started narrowing down our potential home interests, Dave referred us to the other groups required to complete the whole process. The great experience we were having with Dave continued with all of his recommendations. He has truly cultivated an incredible team. We just recently closed on our home and in retrospect are amazed at how efficient Dave and his team made the process.

He began the process with a thorough and detailed explanation of what all would happen throughout the home buying experience.
